GMB Helper.ai Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the GMB Helper.ai affiliate program.
1. Earning a commission
You earn a one-time commission when a customer you refer signs up through your unique link and completes their first paid subscription. Attribution uses a 30-day last-click window. Only the first paid plan per referred customer earns a commission; renewals and later upgrades do not.
2. Holding period & clearing
Each commission is held for 30 days after the first payment. If the customer is refunded or charges back during this period, the commission is voided. A cancellation without a refund does not void an earned commission.
3. Payouts
Cleared commissions are paid via PayPal on a monthly schedule once your cleared balance reaches $50. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email and for any taxes on your earnings.
4. Prohibited conduct
Self-referrals, fraudulent or fake signups, misleading advertising, spam, bidding on our trademarks, and any attempt to game attribution are prohibited and will result in voided commissions and/or account suspension.
5. Changes & termination
We may update commission amounts, program terms, or discontinue the program at any time. We may suspend or remove any affiliate at our discretion. Voided or reversed commissions are not payable.
