About GMB Helper.ai
GMB Helper.ai is software for running Google Business Profiles. It answers reviews, keeps photos and posts going out, and checks every profile against Google each day. When a profile is suspended, hit with fake reviews, or stuck on verification, it works the case until Google decides.
What it does
A drafted reply for every new review, in the business’s own voice. You choose what posts on its own: every reply, only 4 and 5 star replies, or nothing until you approve.
Photos and update posts go out on a schedule set for each location.
Daily profile checks
Every connected profile is compared to Google each day, and you are told what changed.
A reinstatement case collects the proof, lists what to fix, writes the appeal, and files it on Google’s form.
Reviews that break Google’s policies are reported with the policy named, appealed when Google says no, and tracked until they are gone.
The app asks Google which methods a profile can get, sends the phone or text code, and preps the video shot by shot.
Requests go out from the owner’s own Gmail, with one link for every customer.

Who uses it
Local SEO and marketing agencies that run profiles for their clients, from a handful of profiles to five hundred. Businesses with several locations or franchises. How it works
- You sign in with the Google account that manages the profiles. Profiles are read and updated through Google’s official Business Profile API.
- Google has no API for appeals or review reports. Those are filed in your own browser by GBP Autopilot, our Chrome extension, with a countdown you can stop. Without the extension, the case gives you the text to copy and the files to download.
- You choose what runs on its own and what waits for approval, per business.
What we will not do
- Promise rankings. Rankings depend on things no tool controls.
- Promise a reinstatement or a review removal. Google makes those decisions.
- Write reviews, pay for them, or filter which customers get asked. Every customer gets the same review link.
